Special Events Rentals
Historic Old Town’s museum grounds and 1865 Forke Store provide a unique venue for your special celebrations, club meetings and business events.
We have both indoor and outdoor accommodations for your event…
• Lighted covered pavilion with ceiling fans and electrical outlets
• Lighted rose arbor and gazebo with electrical outlets
• Colorful and serene butterfly gardens
• Climate controlled Forke Store, with commercial kitchen and restrooms
• Outdoor handicap restrooms
• Many photo settings

Prices
Forke Store and Pavilion includes tables, chairs, commercial kitchen, indoor restrooms, gazebo, pavilion and outdoor handicap restrooms. $300 – 5 Hour Rental
Forke Store Only includes tables, chairs, commercial kitchen and indoor restrooms. $150 – 5 Hour Rental
*All Special Event Rentals do NOT include setup, teardown, cleanup
Terms and Conditions
- Maximum occupancy of 100 people (Includes hosts, guests, guest speakers, catering, staff, etc.)
- Refundable $200 security deposit required
- Minimum of 5-hour rental. Each additional hour $50.00
- All event preparation, including decorating, catering, deliveries, etc. must be conducted within the 5-hour rental period (unless additional hours purchased)
- Complete payment due 3 weeks before event
- Does NOT include setup, teardown, cleanup
- Non-smoking facility
- We no longer book children’s birthday parties, dances, quinceaneras, or high school graduation parties due to the historical nature of our museum grounds and facilities.
