There are two rivers for tubing & wineries nearby. Easy access to Gruene, Austin, San Marcos and San Antonio.

This historic home is duplex style, with Gerlich in the front and Wagenfuehr in the rear. Both rentals have been restored to give you modern comfort, while retaining the historic character. You can rent both listings if needed and Winter Texan stays are always welcome!
